Water Filtration

Hello,
I was wondering what you guys use for water filtration. I will need something with hose fittings. I'd like to start getting rid of chlorine and chloramines and what-not.
Thanks.

Standard house water filter with activated charcoal filters. Pick one up at any home improvement or hardware store.

So I picked up a water filter finally, and I had a few questions.
What flow rate should I use to ensure best results? How will I know if it's working? Should I still use Campden tabs?

Thanks in advance!

The slower the better. It takes more contact time for chloramine to be removed with a carbon filter.

I usually filter and then add a 1/4 tablet of campden per gallon of water I am using because I'm paranoid like that.

Do you always filter? Or just when you notice extra chlorine in the system.
